Wheel of Life
How to Interpret Your Results

You’ve completed your wheel of life.

Now comes the part most people skip — understanding what it actually means.

If you haven’t completed your Wheel of Life yet, start there first.

→ Complete the Wheel of Life Assessment

Because your results are not random.

They reflect how your life is currently working… and where it isn't.

What Your Wheel of Life Is Showing You

Your wheel of life gives you a snapshot of:

- where your energy is going
- where something feels out of balance
- where change is needed

It’s about seeing clearly.

Below is an example of what a completed wheel might look like.

WheelOfLifeSnapshot

Notice the shape rather than the numbers.

An uneven shape shows where life feels out of balance.

A smoother shape shows where things are more aligned.

How to Read Your Results

Start by looking at three things:

1. Your lowest scores
These show where something feels off or neglected.

2. Your highest scores
These show where you are investing most of your energy.

3. The gaps between areas
This is where imbalance exists.

A smooth, balanced wheel feels very different to a jagged one.

What Your Scores Likely Mean

Use this as a guide. Don’t overanalyse — look for what stands out.

If your scores are mostly low (0–4)

You may feel:

  • drained or disconnected
  • unclear about what you want
  • like you’re going through the motions

This often means parts of your life no longer fit who you are now.

If your scores are mixed (some high, some low)

You may feel:

  • pulled in different directions
  • successful in one area, but empty in another
  • like something is “off” but hard to explain

This is imbalance — and it’s where most people in midlife find themselves.

If your scores are mostly high (7–10)

You may feel:

  • stable and capable
  • but still questioning what’s next

This can indicate growth beyond your current life, not a problem within it.

What Most People Get Wrong

The mistake is trying to fix everything at once.

That leads to overwhelm.

Instead:

Choose one area.

Just one.

Once you understand the overall pattern, the next step is to look more closely at what each area may be showing you.

As you look at your scores, it can help to understand what each area represents.

You don’t need to fix all of them.

Just notice where something feels out of alignment.

How to Choose Your Focus Area

Ask yourself:

  • Which area feels most urgent?
  • Which area would improve everything else?
  • Which one am I actually willing to change?

Trust your answer.

What Your Results Are Telling You

Low scores are not failure.

They are feedback.

They are showing you where something:

  • no longer fits
  • has been ignored
  • or needs attention

This is where real change begins.

Looking at Your Wheel Through a Deeper Lens

Woman-at-crossroads-looking-into-distance

Your Wheel of Life already reflects both practical areas of your life and the underlying energy behind them.

Each life area is connected to a chakra, which represents a core theme such as safety, confidence, connection, or purpose.

This means your scores are not just showing what is happening on the surface.

They are also pointing to what may be happening underneath.

As you review your scores, you can also look at them through this deeper lens:

Just notice the theme:

Root (Environment, Finances) → Do you feel safe, stable, and supported in your day-to-day life?

Sacral (Joy & Creativity) → Is there enjoyment, creativity, and emotional energy in your life?

Solar Plexus (Career & Impact) → Do you feel confident, capable, and aligned in what you do?

Heart (Relationships) → Do you feel connected, supported, and able to give and receive?

Throat (Authentic Truth) → Are you expressing yourself honestly, or holding back?

Third Eye (Personal Growth) → Do you trust your intuition and feel clear about your direction?

Crown (Life Purpose) → Do you feel a sense of meaning, purpose, or contribution

You don’t need to analyse this deeply. Just notice where something feels out of alignment.

Next Step

WomanWheelOfLife

Now choose one area to focus on.

Most people already know which area matters most — they just haven’t given themselves permission to focus on it.

Look at your wheel and ask:

Which area feels most uncomfortable right now?
Which one have I been avoiding?
Which one, if it improved, would make everything else feel easier?

Start there.

→ Health & Energy – If your foundation feels unstable, your energy is low, or your environment is draining you.

→ Work & Purpose – If you feel stuck, unfulfilled, or unsure what direction to take next.
